The Barn has a ten-person outdoor spa and a wood fireplace. The House has wrap-around verandahs and a gas fireplace. Two chef's kitchens, two BBQs, two firepits. For wedding groups, Margan is a 2-minute drive; Mount Broke and Adams Peak, 4 minutes. Sydney is about 2 hours. Broke, not Pokolbin. Time, not crowds.

The Charles @ Broke has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the property. All recordings are private and the property of the owner. The recording will only be used for insurance and legal purposes and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. Disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowed, the guest will be charged $500 per night.
Pets are not allowed. If a pet is at the property, the guests will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
