The Charles House has a large outdoor lounge area that connects the front and the back of the property.  The lawn connects to this area and you'll find many wooden lawn games to enjoy Jenga, Bocce etc.

Another perfect spot for enjoying the views with a local bottle of wine, cheese, or whatever you fancy!

The main lounge room connects to the kitchen and dining area and also has double french doors that open up to the veranda and gardens. The smart TV is connected via WIFI for you to login into your favorite streaming services.  The Gas Fire is a lovely feature in the cooler months and is also supported by fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort all year round.
