A pre-authorization of €615 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 1 days after departure

3-night minimum for all long weekends, Easter, Xmas, and New Year bookings.

The Charles @ Broke has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the property. All recordings are private and the property of the owner. The recording will only be used for insurance and legal purposes and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. Disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

Extra guests, for exceeding the maximum 11 guests, will be charged penalty rates of $200 per guest per night and may be asked to leave the property and surrender the booking. 

Pets are not allowed. If a pet is at the property, the guests will be charged a penalty  $500 additional cleaning fee.

Great few days in luxury at Broke

The Charles is a fantastic home. Well kitted out with everything you may need if self catering. Extremely comfortable and private home with very beautiful outlooks. Lots of room to hang out and chill whether inside or out. Some great wineries nearby too. And the local coffee shop does the BEST pastries 😋

The Charles

Our family group of 7 adults and a 2 year old had a fabulous weekend stay here at The Charles. There were plenty of bathrooms which were clean and had ample amenities. There was lots of space inside and outside which was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful! It is located on a huge block of land and was very peaceful and relaxing out on the deck. The house was very clean too. Could not fault! Communication with the host was also great. Couldn't speak more highly of my stay, that now my family have booked a weekend at The Charles in October and can't wait to be back.

Loved it, highly recommend

We recently stayed at The Charles with our extended family. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. The views every which way are incredible and there is a spot of the many decks whenever the weather/time of day. In the hot summer days, the air conditioning was both quick and very effective. The rooms all feel really spaced out and the many bathrooms meant there was plenty of privacy for each of us. The teenagers loved the media room! We also found the location to be close to many smaller wineries in Broke, rather than being in the middle of busy Pokolbin. Communication with Jo and Shannon was clear, and the house is brand new and very clean. Thank you for a great stay, we'll be back.

Fabulous, spectacular views

The Charles has wonderful entertaining decks to relax or work and all the views are amazing. The accommodation is beautiful, well equipped, and in a great location for wineries, and with the backyard and the skate park our kids had a ball. We really didn't want to leave, so we are planning to come again soon. Highly recommended!
